Seeing His Sons Finding the Love of Their Lives
Pastor Paul Huang used to say that his greatest hope as a parent was to see his sons settle down early. God answered his prayers when he hosted both David and Nick’s weddings in 2020. His biggest dream of having a daughter was fulfilled and doubled by having both Chi and Whitney join his family. He was a proud and happy father.
Pastor Paul Huang is deeply loved by his family. The family had so many fond memories of family trips. Pastor Paul Huang and Mei would brainstorm and work together to take the family on trips that happened at least once a year. . In recent conversations between Mei and Pastor Paul, Pastor Paul had shared that his happiest moments are the times he took his family out on trips. He thoroughly enjoyed partnering with Mei in the creation of these wonderful family memories.
Although Pastor Paul never asked for any gifts, his family knew his secret love for luxury cars. On his sixtieth-year birthday, Mei and Pastor Paul’s two sons, David and Nick, jointly gave Pastor Paul a brand new car, a Lexus ES 350 Sport. The car that he frequently “researched” during his spare time. Nick also knew that Pastor Paul loves a bold interior, and chose the red interior leather for him. Every time Pastor Paul Huang drove this car, he expressed to his family how much he feels loved and cared for.
On multiple occasions, Pastor Paul Huang said that the greatest moments of joy to him were from his time with Mei, in the everyday interactions and his adventures with her. He truly felt cared for, listened to, and valued by his wife. Pastor Paul Huang and Mei are truly a loving couple. They were best friends, close co-workers, wonderful partners in ministry and in life. They did everything together and they cheered on each other in pursuit of the Lord together and doing God’s work together. Pastor Paul Huang enjoyed serving the Lord faithfully, building a loving & fun family with Mei, and walking intimately with God.
2020 was an amazing year for Pastor Paul because he witnessed both of his children finding the loves of their lives. His sons got married in the same year, 5 months apart from one another.

Within his personal photo collection, Pastor Paul started a new folder titled “New Family” on January 2020, which contained photos with Chi and Whitney. He finally had two daughters in his family.
Pastor Paul Huang and Mei enjoyed one another through serving as well as traveling. They are each other’s greatest gifts, and their relationship is truly a blessing from God.
